The Monteleone Sabina area was really interesting with several old churches. The first tiny one was where I turned around after failing to find a snack. The most interesting one, 4th to 12tg century Chiesa di San Vittore was enveloped in a huge movie crew and at most I could only get one photo from afar. I was really hoping to get a good look at that one too. Farther down the path was 10th century Chiesa di San Martino. It was of course locked so I could only see the outside. It amazes me that such old places are still standing.
