I had no problem finding my way today even though the markers were few and far between. The guidebook was excellent and led me right to the Agriturismo Santa Giusta where I am spending the night. The high overcast kept the heat down and the temperature was quite comfortable all day. I made really good time too. I took 5:45 instead of the 7 hours stated in the guidebook.
There were few steep sections and very little time dealing with traffic. Just a pleasant walk in the country among the sheep and goats.
